Soul : rose quartz makes it clear that the supreme source of Love must be sought in the depths of the Higher Self, that is, that part of the human being that remains constantly united to the Source; therefore urges us to experience Unconditional Love, first of all towards ourselves and then towards others; makes it clear that the ONLY way to experience true love is to practice FORGIVENESS, first of all towards yourself and then towards those who have hurt us

Mental sphere : inspires forgiveness for one's own weaknesses and deficiencies and thus makes it easier to tolerate the insufficiencies of others, facilitating forgiveness of those who have made us suffer (the only way to open the heart to love again)

Emotional sphere : helps to love without fear; relieves the pain of wounds from lack of love, mitigating fear, the sense of loneliness and unworthiness of the unloved; generates attitudes marked by greater sensitivity, sweetness and tenderness; it instills that inner peace and that joy of living that only love can bring
