Green Quartz

Green Quartz crystallizes in the trigonal system. The green colored quartz contains lamellar inclusions of green fuchsite mica which reflect light, giving rise to the phenomenon of adventuring.

It is also called Indian jade.

For health:

Dandruff – Acne – Back pain – Insomnia – Scars.

Put the stone in the shampoo to remedy the inconvenience of dandruff. Make an elixir and dab your face with a cotton ball soaked in the elixir to fight acne. Massage the back with the stone, to calm back pain.

For insomnia, placing the stone under the pillow gives calm and serenity. It acts discreetly on the liver, promoting biliary secretion and limiting the damage caused by cirrhosis.

For the psyche:

It takes away anxieties and fears and encourages shy people to break the ice and make new friends. Helps to recover from a strong disappointment in love. Stimulates optimism. Eliminate melancholy from the heart.

It is generally an excellent catalyst for well-being and good health, and is recommended as an adjuvant for bio-energy. It is used to understand pain and overcome it without too much mental and physical trauma, it is a panacea for our subconscious. A very little used stone, but with great properties.
